Refund and Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from 3dots. If for any reason you are not, please review our refund and return policy below.

Returns

  • You may return unused and unopened items in their original condition within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@3dots.com.my with your order details. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping instructions.
  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or the return is a result of our error.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered are not eligible for return.
  • Certain items such as non-refundable promotional items, custom orders, or digital products are exempt from returns.

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please contact our customer service team at sales@3dots.com.my. Exchanges will be processed based on product availability.

 

Faulty or Damaged Products

  • If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.
