Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving the order confirmation email.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• We will notify you of any delays due to high order volumes or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Rates and Delivery

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the weight of the items ordered.
• Standard delivery for orders within the Klang Valley is available on the same day if the order is placed before 3 PM. Orders placed after 3 PM will be delivered the following business day.
• For other regions within Malaysia, delivery times vary, typically within 3-5 business days.
